The scientific power of meditation

- What do you think of the video? Do you meditate? Why? Do you feel it works? Why?
I think the video is very interesting, because it teach the benefits meditation basing scientific studies, so shows meditation is a good way to relax and to get better our physical state.
I don’t meditate, because I have never had someone teach me the benefits and how to do it.
I really think it works, because last year I made new friends, and one of they started to practice meditation, and it really works for her.

- How are you feeling these days? Why?
In these quarantine days I feel so stressed, the situation makes me stay worried all day, I want to go outside but we can’t do this, besides the fact of have online classes make me feel so much more stressed, because it doesn’t work well for me.

- How do I feel when the English class starts?
In fact, the English class is the most relaxing class that I have this semester, the teacher  sends homework, but she doesn’t make us feel stress when we are on line in the class.
